Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 11, 2026
Short version: we collect your email address to send you the newsletter. We don't sell your data. You can unsubscribe any time. That's the whole thing — details below.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you subscribe — so we can send the newsletter.
- Basic, aggregate usage (pages viewed, links clicked) via privacy-friendly analytics — no cross-site tracking, no ad profiles.
- Standard server logs (IP, browser) kept briefly for security and abuse prevention.
How we use it
Your email is used only to deliver the 412do newsletter and, if you opt in, a calendar feed. We use it to send the weekly issue and occasional service messages (like a subscription confirmation). We do not use it for anything else.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that make the newsletter work — currently Resend (email delivery) — who process it on our behalf under their own terms. Outbound ticket links may be affiliate links; if you follow one, that third party's own privacy policy applies.
Your choices
Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link (CAN-SPAM compliant), and unsubscribing removes you from future sends. To access, correct, or delete the data we hold about you, email list@412do.com and we'll take care of it.
Cookies
The site uses minimal, non-advertising cookies/local storage (e.g., remembering a checked-off pick). Analytics are privacy-friendly and do not fingerprint you.
Changes & contact
We'll update this page and the "last updated" date if our practices change. Questions: list@412do.com.
